S.A.V.E. Your House is a collaboration between The City of Dallas and ProSource Technologies, LLC. The program seeks to provide financial assistance & education to under-served communities in the areas of title & property law, as well as the entire city of Dallas.
When a relative passes away, or income is a problem, it is often difficult for heirs or owners to fix title issues with their homes. The SAVE Your House program is designed to provide financial assistance to residents relating to direct ownership issues, tax penalties, liens, and heirship issues by subsidizing legal costs. Some of the services provided:
i. Affidavit of Heirships
ii. Disclaimer Deeds
iii. Warranty Deeds
iv. Muniment of Title
v. Small Estate Affidavit
vi. Probate (if necessary and within the statute of limitations (with some exceptions))
Vii. Mediation between heirs to the property.
Our services are provided on a sliding scale, so even if you make too much income to qualify for 100% assistance, you may still qualify for a partial subsidy. Eligibility can be determined by contacting ProSource Technologies via the contact page.
For the fastest service, you should fill out the application located here.(ONLINE FORM)
The program also provides funding for workshops and seminars.
What to Expect?
Once you have completed our online form (ONLINE FORM)
- One of our legal and land professionals will contact you to let you know if you qualify for the program; remember, even if you do not qualify for 100%, you may still qualify for a lower amount. If you do not qualify, ProSource Technologies may still be able to help you with affordable legal representation.
- One of our team members will schedule a conference with you to discuss the specifics of your case & review any documents you may have. A strategy will be created to address your specific concerns.
- We will contact you if any court appearances are required on your part. Depending on your specific problem, title issues can take anywhere from a couple of months to a year to be resolved.
- A court of law will decide your case. Enrollment in the SAVE Your House program is not a guarantee of success.
